From the GQ iPad: Recipe for The Expat

The Expat

1 bar spoon raw sugar or simple syrup
1 (scant) dash Angostura bitters
1 oz. dry amontillado sherry
Dry Spanish cava

Directions
Place sugar, bitters, and sherry into a flute. Top off with cold cava and serve.
